One could argue today's bounce was from the last 6 days of losses and some people taking a position.

you will also get gains from stocks that fell with the market that have nothing to do with trade either...or the alarms sounded worse than they really are.

I did find it interesting that chances of a rate cut have increased dramatically now...


I still think Trump had some plan around the announcement, and not the announcement itself....get the fed to cut...take focus off of Barr...or just help give some friends buying opps in stocks.
