Anyone making the argument that the move was positive

And that’s the overwhelming majority of fans understood that with continuing pressure for revenues that the move made sense. Not to mention added exposure and all the other positive things that go along with being in the SEC.
It’s not MU that made college football an arms race. Yeah we could go back to the self destructive days of Babs and be left behind which would hurt revenues, *not, just for football* but for the university.
When your ex-coach was building indoor practice facilities and spending millions in the ‘80’s, we tried to play it nice emphasizing academics while you guys prop 48’ed it to make football king.
Without using my usual flamethrower on you fwiw, this has been a good move for Mizzou, brotherhood of hating the squawks or not.
Let’s look at this thing the way it is, not the way we’d like it to be.
