since it is a monumental task just to get to .500. Plenty of SEC teams get in with 14 wins, which is why we just need 1 more, but that number drops drastically with 13 wins, which is ridiculous because a 13 win SEC team would be a 20 win Big 10 or Pac 12 team. But a 20 win Big 10 team is guaranteed a spot basically, despite the fact that they would be 12-18 in the SEC. See last season. 5 Big 10 teams got in and they all got run early except for Minnesota, who was legit and got to host a regional.
