regardless a semi-intelligent and articulate person isn't a necessary component to making Trump appear a complete buffoon. That would just ensure it. He is highly likely and capable of doing it between now and then to such a vast degree without any external prompting or pressure.

Keep in mind the progression typically seen in dementia cases, at that point he may be entirely inarticulate and unfit to be paraded around in public.
