close the loopholes while doing that they will never actually pay them.

A flat tax would be the fairest way to go. Libs will tell you it is too regressive but it is actually less regressive than our current system.

The rich currently have the highest tax rate but they also have access to numerous loopholes that can cut that rate drastically.

The middle class pay a lower rate but have access to far fewer loopholes to reduce their burden.

The poor pay the lowest rates but have access to almost no loopholes to reduce their tax burdens.
