instead, he disobeyed orders, released the bound prisoner, stripped him, threatened to kill him. That doesn't get to the point of self-defense. The question is whether it was premeditated or manslaughter.
The prisoner had already be interrogated - that wasn't behenna's responsibility (or job description).
