Simple solution cull the herd...I've said it ad nauseam on this board if you want to fix the environment then we have to reduce the population in the 2nd and 3rd world Countries by a lot.
A couple of ways to achieve this...stop aid, help,food,resources etc. and let nature take it's course in a quick manner.
Implement massive Birth control programs that actually is below replacement rate.
Do nothing and of course and prepare for the collapse making sure we are more prepared and ready to rebuild than all the rabble.
