He was a stat sheet stuffer. He was a victim of overblown expectations because of the numbers he put up at VMI. So people thought he would come hear and duplicate that. That was never going to happen because team structure was different. If you look at his percentages here they were on par with what they were at VMI. He just didn't take the volume of shots. He averages just under 20 shots at VMI and about 7 here. I was always concerned with Santos health and the time he'd spent away from actual competition. That's what played out.
