especially noses and ears.

The Star of David is the national symbol of Israel. It's on the Israeli flag for pete's sake.

A cartoon with Trump wearing a yarmulke to display his deference to Israel would be like a cartoon with Obama wearing a turban to show his deference to arabic countries. Would you be offended and up in arms about the latter?
