there are lots near the train station that I've paid to park in for Cardinals games.

There is a garage attached to the Enterprise Center.

Some parking at Union Station (although I don't know how much with the new plans)

I'd say it will be a combination of people that own surface lots charging $10-$20 and potentially the Enterprise Center lot.


So yeah, pack heat
