But with trump and kavanaugh, since the court did not say, "We have found donald j trump to be the greatest, most wholesome and wonderfully moral and ethical man we have ever seen and it is proven conclusively that he did absolutely nothing illegal, immoral, indecent, incorrect or improper in any event in his entire life" the lefties will say:

Well, they didn't say that trump DIDN'T do it.
