... to make this witch hunt, in the actual report itself.
- There was no crime, but we won't call Trump innocent, cause he has to prove his innocence
- If they had let us investigate forever, we would have eventually found something Trump would consider a crime, or at least personally embarrassing, or political damaging
They actually said those two things (paraphrased but not exaggerated in the slightest)
There wasn't sufficient evidence to convict... another way to say "zero evidence". Just criminal swamp lawyer jargon
