The fact that the report hasnt been released in full to Congress is a mistake.

That said, as I have said multiple times here already, Im betting the Congressional redactions arent tremendously significant. Still, Senate Republicans have stopped the report from being published in full to Congress. Id call that dragging it out. Not sure if you have a different definition.

Regardless of that, Mueller will likely need to testify before Congress before the conclusion of his duties. And Id bet you that Republicans do everything they can to keep that hearing from being public.
