minutes about what you are saying. Think about an electrical fire and the probability it will be easily put out vs the probability it will cause widespread damage.

Think about terrorism and it's main goal.

Ask yourself if terrorists go to lengths to obfuscate the cause of their actions or if they want who did it and why well know.
