First you said the first amendment doesn’t apply to other governments. I assumed that you meant any and all parts of the Constitution, not just the first amendment. Then you said it does indeed supersede laws that conflict with it (the Constitution I mean). Which is it? I am no Constitutional scholar, but it seems you have argued from both sides.
