You said we're a nation of laws, but you don't care about cities abiding by the laws.

So, are we a nation of laws or just local level feelings that determine what is allowed or not?

You don't care about other cities or the lives of other people in those communities? Do you care about anyone but yourself? Not very buddhist of you.
