On the subject of reparations

If it somehow gets approved,
Who gets it? All blacks? Only blacks who can prove they are a direct descendant of a slave? What if they were a slave elsewhere, not in the US?
If some are excluded due to no proof, how many lawsuits?
How much does one get? If it isn't "enough" can they sue to get more?
Do the dagos and micks get a stipend? How about the Japs who got locked in during WW2? What of the spanics? What about the Chinese who put in the railroad?
Or is it just blacks? What if they are rich blacks? What if they are light skinned? Will there be a color of skin vetting? If so, do Somalis get some?
Or is this something that will never be done because it is simply not feasible and just a demlib talking point? When it never happens will the repubs be blamed? I can answer that one.
