The weaponization of powerful federal agencies for partisan politial purposes, extending even to the attempted take-down of our duly elected President, is an existential threat to our government of the people, by the people and for the people. Silence is not an option if you revere the special nation we inherited. Below is the letter I wrote my senators and representative. Please consider doing the same.

When asked what kind of government our new nation would have, Benjamin Franklin famously replied, “A Republic, if we can keep it.” I am writing from a position of profound reverence for our Constitutional Republic, and deep thanksgiving for the blessings bequeathed to me as a citizen of our remarkable county. I want to preserve our Republic, fear we are losing it, and I am asking your help. Specific requests are made below.
I have been following the Russian Collusion allegations and the Mueller Special Counsel investigation over the last two years, and I see compelling evidence of a conspiracy among weaponized federal agencies (including the CIA, FBI and DOJ) to stop, undermine and overthrow the presidency of Donald Trump. Our government of the people, by the people and for the people cannot survive this degree of corruption within these very powerful agencies of the federal government. My faith in our government is shaken and will not be restored unless there is a sincere and transparent effort to determine if such a conspiracy existed, and if so, until the participants are held accountable for their sedition.
The Democrats are loudly advocating for complete transparency with the Mueller Report. Let’s hear the Republicans advocate for transparency in determining if there was a valid counter-intelligence or criminal predicate for opening an investigation into the Trump Administration! No more silence or insincere lip service like we had from most Republicans on the IRS targeting of conservatives. Corruption begets more corruption, and it must be stopped. Specifically, with the objective of determining/exposing the origin of the investigation, I am requesting that you call for:
· Declassifying the “Electronic Communication” memo that Brennan gave to Comey to open the Crossfire Hurricane operation (July 31, 2016).
· Declassifying the April 2017 court opinion written by FISC Presiding Judge Rosemary Collyer, and inform the public of the specific FBI contractors behind the 85% fraudulent search queries.
· Having former DOJ-NSD (National Security Division) head John Carlin testify about why he hid the abuse from the FISA court in October 2016; why the DOJ-NSD rushed the Carter Page application to beat NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers to the FISA court; and why Carlin quit immediately thereafter.
· Declassifying the Carter Page FISA application (October 2016), release the transcripts of those who signed the application(s), and depose the signers who have not yet testified.
· Releasing all of the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages without redactions. Let the public understand the actual conversation(s) on the Special Counsel team that were taking place when Crossfire Hurricane (July ’16) and the FISA Application (Oct ’16) were taking place.
If you don’t agree with my position and choose not to advocate for the above positions, please explain why to your constituency. Enter your position on these critical matters into the public record. As our representative in D.C, you owe us that much!
May God grant you the wisdom to know our Republic can’t survive the degree of high-level corruption that seems so evident, and the strength to do the right thing
