Going down the list:
1) The FBI said Flynn wasn't lying. Mueller got him to plea by withholding that FBI assessment from Flynn and threatening Flynn's family.

2) The NY abortion law allows doctors to kill children born alive in an attempted abortion

3) Northam admitted he would kill children born alive. "The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother."

4) Politifact 'thinks' there was more than 300 but can't be sure.

5) Crime data does not contradict Trump's claim. Before the wall, El Paso's crime rate was higher than the national average (and TX average) . After the wall, it was lower than the national average (and TX average).

6) They flagged the non-citizen voting number as unproven (but list it as false)

7) They claim his numbers are false but they don't really know...

8) Border apprehensions are at an 11 year high and nearly double last years rate
