Wyoming alum here living in Northern Virginia. Wanted to welcome all the Tiger fans who are contemplating going to Laramie for the opening game. If you do make the trip I think you'll enjoy it. The people are friendly, the scenery is great, and there's lots of things to explore in southern Wyoming and northern Colorado.

UW has hosted several P5 schools over the years including Texas, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Virginia, Texas A&M and others. The Tigers will be the second SEC member to visit the High Plains (The Aggies were in the Big XII at the time).

I went to the game last year in Columbia and really enjoyed it (except the outcome). With an older, more experience team and the 7,220 feet above sea level elevation, I'm hoping the Cowboys do better. War Memorial Stadium is the highest in elevation of all Division I college stadiums.
