Finding that you don't have enough evidence (or the smoking gun, per se) to prosecute something is not the same as "no wrongdoing".
OJ was found innocent. There was clearly wrong-doing there - they just couldn't establish is was him that perpetrated it.
The Dems are screwed if they persist in a fringe approach. It's fine for those folks to try and influence the platform, but if the party caves to them, then, somehow, they'll make Trump seem like a rational choice. Astounding.
