talent inside, have no known quantity at the 4, and no future plan at the 4 or 5.

Pinson penetrates with ease. He needs, and likely will, improve with his moves/decisions once he gets in there. Dru is expected to be a quality facilitator. Watson and Pickett have shown some ability to drive and should only improve as the become more comfortable with the college game.
