He quit recruiting and he clearly quit on his team the last couple of months. While Mike did a great job cleaning up after the Snyder years he created a lost year of recruiting. Not to mention virtually every offseason he was poking around at other job openings around the country.

Mike's legacy at Mizzou is mixed at best.
