The "media" can't do anything and the Democratic Party is political opposition. Her wild, outlandish claim notwithstanding.

Now, if you can prove that folks committed fraud and lied to the court to get FISA warrants, then prosecute them for abuse of process and whatever else you can establish. It's not Treason. Ultimately, they'll claim that they thought they were protecting the US and therefore the first leg of treason falls.
