That was post-probation when Alden basically cleaned house on our assistants and dictated a new staff to Quin. Watkins and Jeff Meyer were brought in to provide some stability and experience.

Mike Anderson kept him because it was seen as crucial to retaining Keon Lawrence (who ended up transferring anyway).
