The media can talk about her all day long in glowing terms. That’s not obsessive.
The media can tell us how wonderful she is and how smart she is. That’s not obsessive.
The media can tell us how young and vibrant and vital she is. That’s not obsessive.
The media can tell us how much energy and passion she has that’s not obsessive.
Commenting on the media coverage of her… That is obsessive.
