If you murder someone, you are a murderer. A conviction makes you a convicted killer. Commit a crime and you are a criminal. Be convicted of one and you become a convicted criminal.

The man's fixer lawyer claims Trump committed bank fraud. From ALL appearances that seems very likely.

Would it hurt your fragile ego less if I referred to him as suspected criminal?

And you don't think that plea deal he struck with a $25 million fine did not include criminal charges?
