Had to pick up my son from the Overland Park Convention Center where he is working lighting and sound for the Animé geek show going on right now.

Some chick whose skin has never seen sunlight was getting her picture taken outside in some sort of pirate-looking dress, but not a pirate. Others were dressed as various furries, which totally creeped me out. One grown man had a Pikachu backpack...that is his backpack was a giant Pikachu.

It looked to be a pedophile's paradise.
