At Texas he typically recruited top talent and won that way.
At Tennessee, he built his team via under the radar guys, which is not what he's known for.
It was fair early on to look at his past, look at his early recruiting at Tennessee, and doubt things would work out. But he's sort of reinvented himself and his approach to building a team.
He should get a ton of credit for that.
