I doubt it since it's highly unlikely the appeal will be finished before the end of baseball season. Plus, you have one for sure and another potential first round draft pick on this team. Shame to give up on it.
That being said, losing those two makes me really scared for next year. McDaniel, Vierling, and Bedell have looked strong from the sophomore class, but beyond that, seems to me to be pretty thin elsewhere.
