for starters. His stiff as a board hands up approach is terrible. I know he is trying not to foul, but move your damn feet. You could see how teams knew they could take it to him and score over him. Surely they could teach him better technique...can't they?

Offensively, he is all over the map. Hopefully he becomes more consistent and smart next year and beyond.
