Blake Harris, or anything really.
He was convinced that Blake was a key part of the future, even though he was basically recruited here as part of a package because there wasn't much else out there and the one guard Martin really wanted was off the table (Mark Smith).
He operates in logical fallacy, creating arguments and situations that aren't relevant, but the key is that none of it is concretely disprovable, so he can keep repeating it over and over.
