Not charged with a felony

He was in high school. Whole high School received a video of a girl Engaging in extra curricular activity with 2 guys

He was not in the video nor did he take the video. The 2 males in the video where not charged as it was consensual.

He was sent the video. As many others where. All where minors who had the video

Where he messed up. Girl hits him up this fall for some fun. He declines and sends her the video saying no thanks. California law says that is considered revenge porn. ??

Will more then likely be nothing.
