He was just sentenced. Shock is when you serve a partial sentence and there is still additional jail hanging out there if you eff up. So the judge could have sentenced him to 90 days and suspended a portion like 80 days. The 10 days would be considered shock. But he would have 80 more days hanging over his head. Or the judge could have kept his SIS in tact and had him serve some jail time as a condition of his probation with the option to sentence him if he effed up again.
