I think I see a flaw in your plan. You can’t steal first.

To steal bases you first have to find a way to get on first. Unless they are going to lean into a lot of pitches I don’t see that happening.
On the plus side the pitching staff is looking like it will be historically bad. Usually teams up by ten in the third inning throw a lot of fastballs.
