IS a crime and she SHOULD leave (calling the cops in the process.)

Property taxes, social security taxes, federal, state & local income taxes are not crimes. One can plan (including "leaving" - to a lower income/property tax location.)

Not sure why 2018 property taxes were included in the #, why not throw in sales taxes as well?
