In March 2014, Dish Network reached an agreement to carry SEC Network
On July 9, 2014, Cox Communications reached an agreement to carry SEC Network.
On July 18th, 2014 ESPN also reached a deal with Comcast to carry SEC Network
On July 25, 2014 Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks reached deals to carry SEC Network
On August 1, 2014 Cable One and Wide Open West announced an agreement to carry the network
On August 2, 2014, Suddenlink Communications announced that it had reached an agreement to carry the network
On August 4, 2014, DirecTV and C Spire Wireless both announced agreements to carry the network

How do you not have the SEC Network, it would seem like someone would have to try and avoid obtaining it at this point. Basically everyone carried it back in 2014.
