then Kim fired Fuller who was the lead recruiter for some of those guys. Most of that class transferred and in Kim's third season there was nobody left from the first season - constant rebuild.

For the sake of consistency and retaining players Kim would have been better off putting Tate on the staff from the start. Not absolving Kim of the blame he deserved for being unable to connect with the players but Alden did him no favor with the Fuller thing.
