Everything you know is wrong, according to the braintrust of tigermatt and tigerroar. Ice floats on the top of water without displacing a single drop of water. You've heard of the tip of the iceberg and probably thought that most of the ice was under the waterline, when in fact it is just the opposite, most of the ice is above the water. Fact.

Here are 3 tigerroar/tigermatt experiments to prove how you can't trust your lying eyes.

1) take a glass. Fill it with iceso that ice extends well
above the rim of the glass. fill the glass to the top of the rim with water and let it sit, till the ice all melts. If one drop of water spills out you did it wrong.

2) take a glass and fill it to the very top of the rim.
take an icecube and hold it so that it just touches the top of the water. let go of the ice. You will notice the cube floats on top and not one drop will spill. fact

3) take a glass fill it entirely with ice. now pour water into it till the waterline is about 1 inch from the rim and let all the ice melt. You will notice the waterline does not rise any measurable amount.

If you failed any of these experiments you must be the most liberal poster in Tigerboard history.
