year from a roster perspective. It's a testament to our coaching staff that Pickett and Pinson have done so well, as well as Watson in spots. When Tilmon's stayed out of his way, he's improved a ton too. Geist has been solid, mostly. Nikko is better than he was a year ago. All of that improvement is a credit to our coaching staff.

I'm a little surprised that Puryear has regressed. Maybe his role is different than he thought it would be without Jontay? Not sure what his deal is, but he is worse than he was last year at a position of need for this team.
