are employees. They have a boss. If their boss doesn't want them to protest during the game, they must do what the boss says. Or face consequences from their employer, not from the police.
No one argues that their anti american protest is illegal, you dope. Only that it is unseemly, unpatriotic, wrong headed and ignorant.
The westoboro idiots are not employees of a larger organization that i am aware of. Like the NFL players, they are entitled to protest, but if they have a boss or a sponsoring organization like the players do, and if the boss or the sponsoring organization doesn't want them protesting in their name on their time, they should adhere to the rules of the people who pay them.
You are so amazingly dumb that you cannot even concoct a rational analogy for this action. Instead, you mix apples and kangaroos and declare them equal.
I guess only in the kangaroo is a fruit....
