Scenario 1. Guy talks to woman in a bar, she's not a hooker but says, "I need $100. Give me that and i'll give you whatever you want."

Scenario 2. The woman is a pro and has a pimp. She must give him the money and he pays her. She walks the street in a sheer tank top and bikini bottom.

Scenario 3. A well run house of pleasure. Clean, not a blight on the neighborhood. Women are volunteers, and are paid adequately for their services. there are no kids around, the local ordinance is aware and granted a license.
