HOA rules require a sticker be displayed in the windshield of all residents' cars and that those cars park only in resident parking areas..not guest parking areas.

The adult child of a homeowner displaying a resident's sticker (because he is a pickle who still lives with his mommy and daddy) parks his own car in a guest spot and is towed at his own expense for violating a HOA rule.
