that alito or thomas or obama's lesbian gorillas actually type their opinions.
It may be dictated or the justice may just tell the clerk what his/her opinion is and why, and the ivy league educated clerk will make a draft for the review of the justice.
I am assuming, but for less significant rulings, i would be surprised if the justice actually typed the paper.
