The news media here in Illinois actually did investigations on this and found in many cases the jobs never materialized....the companies "blamed the economy". Politicians love to give out money and then not really be held accountable....what is even more funny is seeing so called conservatives cry about personal welfare, and cheer on corporate welfare.
