McCabe is trying to push. Says it's the "biggest non story out there", and went on to comment about how at the time McCabe discussed it with the gang of 8, everybody in the world already knew an investigation was underway. McCarthy went on to say they should have been briefed on the investigation prior to it ever being open. McCabe once again put his foot in his mouth.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
