Actually, he's a director of a publicly traded bank holding company. He's fond of saying there's over 10,000 federal regulations that apply to the company following the O'Bama Administration (thank you Pocahontas) and the violate at least one every day because it's virtually impossible for the bank to educate all of its employees on all the regulations.
