I’m a JOCO resident and have been watching apartments going up on every fking street corner over the last decade or so. I always just assummed that it was simply meeting a trending demand. I don’t like the over population this is creating in my area but progress is progress.
Do you mean to tell me this rabid apartment movement is motivated more by lack of diversity than demand?
