And its published guidance gives faith communities wide latitude to engage in limited political, or quasi-political, activities. The practical effects of Pence’s promise to ignore the statute will be modest.
and to conclude if you think it's anything new for a president or his administration to decide what crimes it will enforce and which ones they won't you have your head buried under a gigantic rock.
