what a waste of time it all is too. There are close to 50 eminent domain lawsuits from W's effort at a wall in TX - so you can bank that Trump's vanity project will hit the same. And if you think $3.6 billion in domestic military spending is going to just be put on the shelf for this project without a fight, you might think again. Didn't the CA AG already indicate suit is being filed too ?
